We went to the Zoo one afternoon with K's friends, Aislynn and Bailey. Their mom, Trina is my friend and my first counselor in the Primary presidency. Anyway just inside the zoo there was this area where the kids can play and run through the jumping water. K was a little timid and wouldn't get wet or in the water. I had to crouch down and she would sit down by me and watch the other kids have fun. Bailey and Aislynn thought it was really fun and would stand right in front of the shooting water. After that, we went around the zoo and looked at all the interesting animals.
There were Cuccaburra's (however you spell that), flamingo's, turtles, all sorts of monkeys, alligator's and other very interesting animals that aren't normally seen in Utah; where we are from.
This is Aislynn, on the left and Bailey on the right. They have fun playing together. It's nice to have someone K's age for her to play with.
