Happy Birthday Mommy!! Mommy's birthday was on Saturday, May 13. We went to Orlando for Mommy's birthday. We left on Saturday night after Daddy got home from work. It took a couple of hours to get there and we forgot the portable DVD player, so needless to say, K was a little cranky because she didn't want to be in her carseat anymore. Well we eventully made it. We checked into our motel and went to sleep. In the morning we got ready and ate breakfast at IHOP. It was really yummy!!! After breakfast we set off to find the temple. We found it without too much trouble. We dropped Daddy off and Mommy and K went to find a park. We found a really fun park not too far away. It had a lot of fun things to climb on and play with. There were lots of little people like K playing there also. After playing there for a little over an hour, Mommy and K went to get the car washed. We found some people washing cars for a fundraiser. So we stopped there and got it washed. After that it was time to pick Daddy up and drop Mommy off. While Mommy was in the temple, Daddy and K walked around the temple grounds and then took a nap in the car. After Mommy came out of the temple, we drove off to find a Kohl's to exchange some shorts. We eventualy found it and Mommy got a few shirts for her birthday. After that we went to Crazy Buffet for Mommy's birthday dinner. It was just as yummy as when we went for Daddy's birthday. Once we stuffed ourselves, we headed back for home in West Palm Beach. Mommy opened her presents the next day. She got some money from Grandma & Grandpa Park and Grandma & Grandpa Morgan. Daddy got her some shirts, bought earlier on our trip, and a computer program for scrapbooking. All in all it was a fun weekend and all the calls and cards were much appreciated. It made Mommy's first birthday away from all her family and friends a fun day.
