Bringing Home Puppy!!

Well after much thinking and planning, we decided to get a dog for K. We were tired of tearing her away from other people's dogs, and she loves doggies so much, we searched for a good small puppy for K. When we first saw the dogs picture on the internet, we fell in love with him. He is a mix breed. His momma was a 20 lb beagle and his daddy was a 60 lb english bull dog. Weird mix, huh? Just wait unitl you see his picture. Well we ordered him and he was shipped to us from Ohio to Texas and then to good ole south Florida. We got to pick him up at the airport. They said he'd be in around 5pm but when we got to the baggage claim office, they said the plane doesn't arrive for another hour. So instead of going home, which was only about 10 min away, we decided to get something to eat at the airport. Here are some pictures of K and I at the airport eatery. Isn't she cute?




Well after we ate, we went to the waiting area and watched the planes come in. Here are some pictures of K and Pete watching the planes through the windows in the airport. I thought it looked so sweet with them both looking out the windows.



Well, finally the plane landed and we were off to the baggage claim office to see if our dog came in alright. When we opened the door, there he was in his crate, whining to get out. K was so excited. I think she wanted to jump in the crate with him.


As you can tell, she didn't want to look at the camera, because that would involve taking her eyes off the dog. As Pete walked out to the car, K wanted to keep looking in the crate at her new dog.





And we're off to our house with our new doggie!!
